1. Descripition

The product is designed for laser tube cutting equipment and supporting, the product itself can be used as an independent rotating spindle, through the side rotation of air intake to achieve fast clamping and loosening action, disconnected air source, can work. After the product base is fixed, it only needs to install the supporting motor and gear connection, and connect with the compressed air source (0.25-0.9mpa) to achieve clamping workpiece and driving the workpiece rotation. The chuck has a clamping stroke of 220 mm and a center height of 350 mm.
Chuck simple structure, small number of components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia, low energy consumption. The axial size of chuck is small, and the cost of zero tail is lower.
