Higher Rotating Precision Four-Jaw Pneumatic CNC Chuck for Pipe Cutting Machine
1. Description
This chuck is a four-jaw full-stroke main chuck specially designed for laser pipe cutting equipment. This one has a rotating independent spindle in the middle that holds the workpiece securely and rotates at the same time. After the product base is fixed, it is only necessary to add a matching motor and connect it with the gear, and then connect the compressed air source (0.1-0.9Mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Quick clamping and releasing action is achieved by sideways rotating air inlets. A full range of applicable pipe fittings can be clamped, which can improve production efficiency. Compared with similar products on the market, the chuck has higher rotational accuracy and repeatability, as well as higher clamping force.
Products can be widely used in special laser pipe cutting machine and other pipe processing machine tool systems.
